ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Sanchez Agency Insurance, LLC, your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people, make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Speak fluent Spanish
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
